SAN DIEGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–With the purchase of the VOTEC Election Management and Compliance System (VEMACSTM) and VoteSafe™ from VOTEC Corporation (VOTEC), Dallas County, Texas continues to be on the forefront of election technology and joins a majority of the larger Texas counties in their use of robust, high-tech and easy to use election solutions from VOTEC. Dallas joins Bexar and Hays County in moving to VOTEC’s election solutions this summer.
Dallas County will be adding VEMACS and VoteSafe as efficient methods to manage voter records, interface with the state voter registration system, conduct polling place voter check-in, and modernize virtually every process in the election office. VOTEC has a strong customer base in Texas with nearly two thirds of the registered voters in the state enjoying the benefits of a VOTEC product. Dallas County joins most of the larger counties in embracing VOTEC’s proven election management technology to modernize their elections.
